News That Matters – Monday, August 16, 2010

The Big News this morning is that the courts in Carmel have dropped all their charges against Lori Kemp. Come November 1st, a new state law will require that automobile drivers leave a “reasonable distance” between themselves and bicyclists on the roads when passing. So please, bear a little of the burden of mutual safety and move to the right when a car comes up behind you. Okay? Thanks. . . . → Read More: News That Matters – July 7, 2010

A woman in Kapurthala, Punjab decided to take matters into her own hands when she suspected her husband was having an illicit affair. Suffice to say that she mixed an intoxicant with some liquor which she fed to her husband. Jeff, you said it all. This project is such pure pork for developers that the smell of bacon dominates our County’s air. I will be a definite “NO” vote on this fiasco and I hope at least 4 more Legislators vote the same way. Thanks Jeff for summing up the absurdity and ridiculousness of this project. . . . → Read More: News That Matters – Wednesday, May 26, 2010
