Legislature Chairman Michael Pillmeier said the program is two-fold. “Round one is you have to get the grant to do the audit to see what your facility needed to be updated – new electric lights, windows, doors, whatever; now this is the final round and the county has four projects that it wants to do and there is $721,274 left over in this round that’s not being used.
