Putnam Valley Volunteer Boards Planning Board Meeting, December 8, 2008 The end of the year signals the need to solicit letters of interest to fill the positions on our volunteer boards. Like the Supreme Court justices, one of the overlooked impacts of our votes is the ability of Town Boards to appoint Planning and Zoning Board members to 5 year terms. It would have been a good reason to vote against Mr. Tendy.
So, publicly, Mr. Tendy, I’m interested in being on the Planning Board or Zoning Board of Appeals. I’m not in the building trades, but then again, I’m not in the building trades. I do, however, seem to be finding my way through all of this.

Lest you think that everyone is interested in your interest (or mine) in serving, forget about it. Mr.Tendy has not called for resumes, and he will not consider yours. He will look, behind the scenes, and fill all positions with loyalists, except perhaps for the BAR, where I believe, they will take anyone they can get.
